Upon full payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as agreed in the project contract. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and are not the responsibility of Qondzo. Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals or contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payments may incur interest in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qondzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Qondzo in the three months preceding the claim.
